Communication is key!
Throughout the academic year many events take place to ensure families and staff are working together to meet each child's individual needs. Some of these include:
Stay and Play sessions
Fundraising events
Christmas assemblies
Graduation assemblies
Ralph the Labrador
Progress calls
Transition meetings
Committee meetings
Newsletters
Social media posts
Stay and Play sessions - Each half term we invite families into the setting to see their child's daily routine! Families can socialise with one another whilst exploring our provision. Many children enjoy spending quality time with their grown ups looking through their learning journal!
Fundraising events - As we are a charity run pre-school we hold many events to raise money for new resources and to improve our setting. For example, Easter colouring competition, Easter Bake Off, Halloween party and Christmas party. We always welcome new ideas!
Christmas & graduation assemblies - Families are welcome into our setting to watch their child take part in different assemblies.
Progress calls - These take place each term. Your child's key person will arrange a convenient time to discuss your child's learning and development. However, please feel free to contact your child's key person or Michele at any time if you have any concern's, worries or important information regarding your family.
Newsletters - These are sent out to families via email each half term. It includes important events coming up, recap of previous term, staff & their roles and reminders.
